Pancakes with apples and cinnamon – fasting diet recipe

Some very good and fragrant pancakes, considering that they are without eggs and milk. It doesn’t compare to classic pancakes, but I say it’s worth a try, especially if you’re fasting! Thank you Rocsi dear for the idea, I was very happy with them, where you can say that the dwarf asked for a double portion!

Pancakes with apples and cinnamon – fasting diet recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml of mineral water
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 4-5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 17-18 tablespoons flour
  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • a pinch of salt
  • frying oil

Method of preparation:

Mix in a bowl: mineral water, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and oil. When the sugar has melted, gradually add the flour, cinnamon, and at the end the baking powder quenched with lemon juice.

Mix well with a fork, then add the grated apples.

Let the dough rest for a few minutes, then heat a pan and grease it with a little oil. We take 3 tablespoons of the composition and form suitably large pancakes that we bake over medium heat on both sides, until golden brown.

We served them with a blueberry jam and shock fruits, they work great, but you can serve them with whatever you like.
