Ingredients:

  • * 300 g of cottage cheese
  • * 200 ml milk
  • * 100 g sugar
  • * 3 eggs
  • * 3 tablespoons chocolate balls
  • * 150 g flour
  • * vanilla essence

Preparation Pancakes with cheese:

We mix the cottage cheese with the sugar and part of the milk, if it is too dry, until it becomes like a fine cream cheese.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, and mix the latter one by one in cream cheese.

Add the rest of the milk and vanilla essence. Add flour, mixing well so as not to form lumps.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and lightly incorporate them into the composition, together with the chocolate balls.

Grease a pan with a little butter and pour with a polish of the composition, so as to cover the surface of the pan, in a suitable thick layer. When the sheet is fried on one side, turn it on the other side with a spatula. The sheets are quite soft and fragile, but with a little care they can turn very well.

Remove to a plate, wrap in 4 and dust with sugar.

Serve hot.
