Pancakes with cocoa and cream cheese

It's not a great trick to make pancakes, if you feel like baking them :))) I have to admit that I don't have much, but if Corina challenged me I had to answer!

Everyone I think knows how to make them and has a favorite pancake recipe. 😉 Even if it is so, I still suggest you do this option because it is good. Good day! :))

Pancakes with cocoa and cream cheese

  • For pancakes:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 350 ml milk
  • ~ 250 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • vanilla essence
  • For the filling:
  • 150 g Almette cream cheese
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • vanilla essence

Preparation Pancakes with cocoa and cream cheese:

Eggs are mixed with sugar, vanilla essence and a pinch of salt. When they have doubled in volume and become like a cream, add the yogurt and milk. The flour is mixed with cocoa and easily incorporated into the composition.

Bake on both sides in a pan greased with a little oil. The thickness of the pancakes or their size will vary depending on everyone's preferences.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the sugar (preferably powder).

Separately mix the whipping cream until it starts to take on consistency. Add the vanilla sugar and mix until fluffy. It doesn't have to be stiff.

In the cream cheese, add the whipped cream, little by little, and mix lightly, at the low speed of the mixer. When I have finished incorporating the whipped cream, increase the speed of the mixer a little and mix until the cream becomes firm. If you consider it necessary, flavor with vanilla essence to taste.

Fill the cooled pancakes with this cream.

And that's about it… I can only tell you… good appetite! 😉
