Recipe Pancakes with vanilla cream
- * Pancakes:
- * 2 eggs
- * 300 ml milk
- * 300 ml of mineral water
- * 100 g sugar
- * 4 tablespoons oil
- * about 400 g of flour
- * Filling:
- * 2 eggs
- * 6 tablespoons sugar
- * 3 tablespoons starch
- * 500 ml of milk
- * 50 g butter
- * 3 tablespoons chocolate balls
- * vanilla essence
Preparation Pancakes with vanilla cream:
I used the pancake recipe I usually make.
The flour is mixed with warm milk and mineral water, to leave a composition like sour cream. Add sugar, egg yolks, oil and mix well. At the end, add the beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Grease a pan with a little oil, put a polish of the composition, enough to cover the pan in a thin layer, bake on both sides.
Eggs are mixed until they double in volume. Mix the starch with the sugar and place it over the eggs, mixing well, so that they do not remain lumpy. Boil the milk, then pour slowly into the above composition. Move everything back to the bowl in which the milk boiled and put on low heat, stirring continuously for a few minutes, until the composition thickens. Set aside, let cool a little, then put the soft butter and mix.
Leave to cool completely, add the chocolate balls and vanilla essence, then fill each pancake separately.
