Pancakes with meat au gratin

I think anyone has ever tried to make a pancake recipe at least once in their life. In any variant we make them, sweet or salty, they are delicious and we can't resist them. This is what will happen and if you try these pancakes, they are so good that you can't help but put on a portion. :)))

The quantities can increase depending on the dish in which you will prepare the food and how many appetizers you have at the table. :))

Pancakes with meat au gratin

Ingredients:

  • 5 pancakes prepared according to the basic recipe or according to the preferred recipe
  • 1/2 large chicken breast
  • 200 g bacon
  • 1 can of tomatoes in juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • Furthermore:
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 g cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • dehydrated dill

Preparation Pancakes with meat au gratin:

The sliced bacon is lightly fried in a pan. When the fat starts to melt, add the diced chicken breast. Stir until the meat starts to turn white, at which point add the diced tomatoes (with juice) or blender. Add salt only if absolutely necessary, pepper and sprinkle a little oregano. Let it boil until all the juice decreases, taking care to add the finely chopped garlic near the end. Let it cool.

Beat the eggs well with a little salt and pepper. Add sour cream and dehydrated dill. Homogenize.

We fill the pancakes with chilled meat. We fold them, fold them or roll them as desired, then place them in a heat-resistant dish greased with oil.

Pour the cream sauce on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven over medium heat until golden brown. The food is served hot sprinkled with chopped green parsley.
