Ingredients:

  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs (optional)
  • 300 ml of sweet milk
  • 3-4 lg flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • quince jam (sugar free)
  • almonds and pecans
  • cinnamon

Preparation

Pass the bananas lightly with a fork. Add the eggs, a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous composition is obtained. Add the flour, incorporate, then dissolve with milk. The composition must be creamy, slightly dense to keep its shape in the pan. If you want the dough softer, supplement the amount of milk, and bake thin pancakes.
Therefore, the obtained composition is baked in the form of pancakes. Garnish with coarsely chopped ripe walnuts, delicious quince jam and fragrant cinnamon.
