Panna Cotta recipe with chocolate
- * 225 ml natural liquid cream
- * 100 ml milk
- * 1 tablespoon sugar
- * 10 g gelatin
- * vanilla
- * Chocolate sauce
- * 50 g dark chocolate
- * 50 ml liquid cream
Preparation Panna cotta with chocolate:
The liquid cream and milk are mixed and put in a bowl over low heat. When it has reached boiling point, add the sugar and vanilla and cook for 1 minute.
Set aside and add hydrated gelatin in a few tablespoons of cold water. Homogenize and leave to cool.
Grease 3 cups of coffee with oil and distribute the panna cotta composition. Let cool for at least 2 hours.
Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate sauce. Melt the chocolate together with the liquid cream, mix well and leave to cool.
Pour on the plate and pour the chocolate sauce on top.
