This time, I’m very happy to tell you that I didn’t use any sugar or gelatin. The most creamy and fine version of panna cotta came out that I had the opportunity to taste!

You may be wondering how it is possible without gelatin! I used Green Sugar gelling agent , the agar sweetener from Green Sugar. He behaved very well, he coagulated nicely. And I have another surprise: I added 2 lg of white chocolate and raspberry flavor to the composition, also from Green Sugar!

I am very excited about how it turned out and I wish I could offer you a taste! An ultra-fast dessert, with few and good ingredients. No sugar, as I already told you :))

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml liquid cream
  • 100 ml milk (optional)
  • 2 lg chocolate powder Green Sugar
  • 1 lg Green Sugar Gelling
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • raspberry (optional)

Preparation

This panna cotta with chocolate and raspberry flavor is prepared as you say dessert :))

Form ceramic / glass forms in which the composition will be poured.

In a bowl, add 2 lbs of white chocolate with raspberry flavor Green Sugar and a tablespoon of gelling Green Sugar. Interfere.

Separately, mix the milk with the liquid cream and a pinch of salt. Mix, then incorporate into the dry mix. Homogenize well with a whisk, then transfer the composition to the heat. Leave it on the fire until it starts to boil. Let it boil for 1 minute, then remove from the heat, strain with a fine sieve.

Pour into prepared glass cups and leave to cool. After they have cooled, store them in the cold in the refrigerator.

Panna cotta is served with raspberry sauce or fresh raspberry fruit (preferably in their season).

A light, quick dessert, without many calories, perfect for when we want to indulge in something good, light!
