Papanasi boiled with grapes

  • 150 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon gray
  • 1 or
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • vanilla
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • grapes

Preparation Boiled grapes with grapes:

In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with semolina, flour, sugar, vanilla, egg and a pinch of salt. Mix until you get a homogeneous composition, which we divide into 10 equal parts.

We flour each part well and flatten it a little, like in parjoale :)) We put a grape in the middle, then we lift the edges and tighten them around the grape. With floured hands we give it a round shape.

Put a saucepan of water to boil. Add a teaspoon of salt. When it starts to boil, we put the papanas in turn. When they start to rise to the surface they are boiled.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan and brown the breadcrumbs.

  • My breadcrumbs are made at home, from 2 slices of bread, dried and ground. For this reason it is not very fine.

Let it cool a bit, then roll through this mixture the papanas, one by one. Cover them well with breadcrumbs, powder them with sugar and place them on the plate for the final picture :))
