Even if I don't have too many recipes with broccoli on the blog, you should know that I like it, I would even dare to say that it is in the top of my culinary preferences. Whenever I prepare it to feed it a few bouquets I eat them so raw I like it so much
For today, I propose a simple pasta recipe , ready in about 15-20 minutes. The recipe is simple not only by the way it is prepared, but also by the nature of the ingredients used. But the result is very delicious. 😉
- a few bunches of broccoli
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons parmesan
- ~ 200 g noodles
- salt and pepper
You can adjust the quantities according to your preference
Preparation of pasta with broccoli and parmesan:
Put the pasta to boil in salted water and boil them according to the instructions on the package. When they are cooked, they are put in strainers to be well drained.
We unwrap the broccoli in slightly equal bouquets and put it to boil in boiling water in which we put 1 teaspoon of salt and a little nutmeg. Boil for a few minutes, until it softens a little, but remains crispy.
- If you don't like "al dente" you can boil it somewhere for about 10 minutes, until the fork enters it easily.
- You can give up the nutmeg if you don't like it and replace it with garlic, which you put at the end of cooking. It is important to change the specific taste of broccoli and make it more friendly
We put it in a strainer, to drain the water well, then we put it in a pan in which we melted a spoonful of butter.
Heat it lightly on all sides, add the pasta well drained of water, salt and pepper to taste. At the end we put the parmesan and mix well.
