As with many other culinary recipes presented on this blog, this is another recipe that can be modified according to your culinary preference. I only present you an idea for a delicious meal. 🙂
200-250 g pasta (I used fusilli)
1/2 chicken breast
150 g Almette cheese
2-3 tablespoons sour cream
50 g cheese
50 g butter
salt and pepper
1 bay leaf
a few coriander seeds
The pasta is boiled in salted water and boiled according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water and allow to cool.
Washed and cleaned chicken breast is boiled in water with a little salt, peppercorns, coriander seeds and bay leaf. Boil until the meat softens and the fork enters it easily. Remove to a plate, allow to cool, then cut into cubes.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the egg and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste and flavor with dill. Add pasta and meat, mix lightly until smooth.
Pour the pasta into a heat-resistant dish, place the diced butter on top and cover with a layer of grated cheese on a large-mesh grater.
Bake on medium heat until the cheese melts and browns slightly.
