* 300 g fusilli paste
* 100 g butter
* 1 tablespoon flour
* 200 ml milk
* ~ 200 g mascarpone
* salt and pepper
* 1 clove of garlic

The pasta is boiled in salted water, according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water and set aside.

Melt the butter in a pan. Add flour and mix vigorously, so that no lumps form. Pour the milk little by little, stirring constantly. Boil over low heat until it begins to thicken. Match the taste of salt and pepper and add the crushed garlic. Set aside and add the mascarpone cheese. Homogenize and add the pasta. Mix lightly until smooth.

Serve hot as a grilled chicken garnish .
