Pasta with mayonnaise recipe
- * ~ 500 g pasta beans
- * a few dill threads
- * salt and pepper
- * 3 cloves garlic
- For mayonnaise:
- * 1 boiled egg yolk
- * 1 raw yolk
- * 1 tablespoon mustard
- * 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- * ~ 300 ml oil
Always, the first time the pods appear on the market, I prepare a generous portion of pods with mayonnaise. They are delicious!
Preparation Beans with mayonnaise:
The beans are boiled in water with a little salt. When it is boiled, drain the water and leave it in the strainer, drain well. After draining, season to taste with salt and pepper. Add finely chopped dill and crushed garlic.
The boiled yolk is mixed well with a little salt, then it is homogenized with the raw yolk and the mustard. In the formed paste we start to pour oil little by little, stirring continuously. When ready, add lemon juice.
Gradually pour the mayonnaise over the bean pods with dill and garlic and mix well. It is very possible that you may not need all the mayonnaise, it is added depending on your personal preference.
