My supply of frozen spinach was severely compromised :)) when I had to defrost the freezer. I kept sitting and thinking, scratching my neck, studying various recipes and I couldn't decide what to entice the dwarves with. In the end, I decided "either at the ball or at the hospital" :)), about the song…
~ 250 g fusilli paste
50 g butter
1 tablespoon flour
400 ml of milk
salt and pepper
3 cloves of garlic
2 green basil leaves
spinach (by preference)
The pasta is boiled in salted water, according to the instructions on the package. Strain and place in a bowl.
Melt the butter over low heat. Set aside and add the flour, stirring constantly, so that no lumps form. Unwrap the composition by pouring the milk a little. Homogenize, season to taste with salt and pepper. Put the pot on the fire again, add the chopped spinach and basil and cook until it starts to thicken. At the end, close to the moment when it is ready, we put the crushed garlic.
Set aside and pour over the pasta in a bowl. Mix well so that the pasta is well covered with the sauce.
