After the success I had with the dwarfs with curry rice and vegetables, I got the courage to use peas and corn in other recipes . One of them is this. It's easy, easy… in 2 strokes and a few movements. :)) The dwarfs ate everything, along with a red and juicy chicken steak made in the oven.
- 1 packet of spaghetti
- frozen peas and corn
- 50 g butter
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of sour cream
- salt and pepper
- dehydrated dill
Preparation Spaghetti with vegetables and garlic sauce:
Peas and corn are boiled in salted water. So are spaghetti. After being cooked, drain the water.
Grind the garlic well with salt and pepper to taste. Add the oil and mix. Add sour cream and dill.
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan. Add the pasta, peas and corn and mix well. At the end, pour the garlic sauce on top, mix and set aside.
