Today, I bring you a delicious roll with raspberries. I used frozen fruit, but of course you can also use other fruits, seasonal, fresh or from the freezer. Rolling is an effective dessert, simple and tasty.

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons black cocoa

50 ml of sunflower oil

A pinch of salt

6 tablespoons sugar

For the cream:

200 gr mascarpone

200 gr whipped cream

100 gr sugar

1 sachet of Finnish Vanilla extract Dr. Oetker

200 gr frozen raspberries

For decoration: 100 gr milk chocolate

Method of preparation:

The ingredients are used at room temperature. Whole eggs are mixed with salt powder and sugar until they triple in volume. Add the oil in a thin line, like mayonnaise. Add flour and cocoa passed through a sieve. Mix with a spatula until the ingredients are incorporated. Prepare the large tray of the stove with baking paper. Put the dough in the tray, level it with the spatula on the whole surface, put the tray in the hot oven at 175-180 degrees for 15 minutes.

After the countertop sheet is baked for the roll, take it out and let it cool.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Mix the whipped cream with the sugar until it acquires the consistency of soft tips. Add all the mascarpone cheese and mix until the cream hardens. Be careful not to mix too much and the cream to cut. At the end we add the vanilla extract and 150 gr of raspberries.

Spread the cream over the countertop sheet, sprinkle the rest of the fruit and roll lightly until you get a roll. Cover the roll in fresh foil and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until the next day.

Melt the chocolate and decorate the roll. Slice with a knife and serve. It is very good looking and absolutely delicious. May it be useful to you !!!
