I have to admit that I like beans more fried, with polenta and mujdei 😀 I think it is on the first place in the list of summer recipes. But I don't like pod salad either, especially since it's a simple and easy recipe.
I will not spend quantities on ingredients, each adapts to his taste 😉
- pod beans (green or yellow)
- salt and pepper
Preparation Pea bean salad:
The cleaned and washed pods are boiled in boiling salted water and a sprig of thyme. When they are cooked, we put them in a strainer in a strainer and leave them to cool.
Meanwhile, prepare mayonnaise from a boiled and raw yolk or from a boiled yolk and a teaspoon of mustard, as you prefer. Grind the garlic, grate the carrot.
We cut the chilled pods into pieces and put them in a bowl. Add the grated carrot, crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Stir and then add mayonnaise, as much as we like this salad to be "tied".
Let it cool for about half an hour, until the flavors blend.
Good appetite! 😉
