* 1 chicken breast
* 1 or
* 1 carrot
* 3 cloves garlic
* green parsley
* salt and pepper
* ginger
* 200 g of rice

Soak the rice for a few hours. Or from evening to morning. Drain the water, cover again with warm water with a little salt and bring to a boil. Put it in a sieve to drain the water well, then spread it on a plate.

Chicken is minced with egg, carrot, garlic, greens and spices. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes. With wet hands, form small meatballs, which are then rolled in rice.

Put them in a tray lined with baking paper

and put them in the oven over a bowl of water, where they are left over medium heat until they start to brown.

Serve hot.
