- 3 hard pears
- 500 ml of pomegranate juice
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- whipped cream served
Method of preparation:
We wash the apples and peel them.
Place the pears in the bowl of the Crock-Pot. Put the cinnamon stick and the star anise and pour the pomegranate juice. Put the lid of the appliance and turn the appliance on High for 2 hours.
Remove the pears on a plate.
Put the syrup in a saucepan, add the sugar and simmer until the sauce drops.
Serve the pears with the cooled sauce and whipped cream.
