Peppers stuffed with couscous couscous

Peppers stuffed with couscous couscous

* 8 medium peppers
* 1 chicken breast
* 200 g cus cus
* 3 tomatoes
* 1 large onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* basil and thyme
* salt

Finely chop the onion and garlic, sauté a little in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.

The tomatoes are scalded, then peeled. Finely chop or put in a blender (if you have a whimsy at the table :))) and add over the onion. Bring to the boil, then put the chopped chicken breast. Fill with a little water and cook until the meat is soft. We match the taste of salt and season to taste with basil and thyme.

Add the couscous, add a little hot water and boil until it starts to soften. Set aside and leave to cool.

The peppers are washed and the stalks are removed, then they are filled with the meat composition. Put in a heat-resistant dish, sprinkle with a little thyme, add water, cover the dish and put in the oven over medium heat for about half an hour.

Serve warm sprinkled with parsley.
