* 4 yolks
* 100 g sugar
* 1 tablespoon starch
* 1 tablespoon cocoa
* 100 g dark chocolate
* 500 ml of milk
* 300 ml liquid cream
The yolks are mixed with the sugar until they become like a cream. Add the starch and cocoa and mix gently.
Pour the hot milk, little by little, stirring constantly. Put the pot on the fire and boil until the composition begins to thicken. Add the broken chocolate pieces, mix until it melts and is even. Leave to cool, stirring occasionally.
After it has cooled, mix it with whipped cream
and put in the freezer for a few hours, then portion and serve with chocolate sauce .
