Meatball dough recipe
Dough meatballs, the best meatballs I've made so far. 😉 Where else do you say that they are made in the oven and being wrapped in dough I have not baked bread separately… :)) I have made them several times so far, I am very afraid that it will become the recipe of the house :)))

Leave in a warm place for about 15 minutes, then grease with egg yolk mixed with milk. Sprinkle with flax and sesame seeds and bake over medium heat until the buns are browned.
Meanwhile, prepare the mascarpone sauce . Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and mix quickly until smooth. Pour the milk slowly and stir so that no lumps form. Boil over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce begins to thicken. Set aside, add the mascarpone and crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Put it on the fire again, boil 2-3 more and set aside.
Serve the hot meatballs with mascarpone sauce. Delicious! 🙂
