* For the dough:
* 150 ml water
* 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
* 1 cana faina alba
* 5 g of dry yeast
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1 tablespoon oil
Mix the yeast with the sugar and dissolve it with a little warm water. Leave it to rise for 10 minutes.
In a bowl put flour mixed with salt, over which we add mayonnaise. Put the rest of the water and oil. Knead a smooth and homogeneous dough.
For the bread machine, the kneading + leavening program is used.
* For the sauce:
* 200 g peeled tomatoes from the can
* 4 cloves garlic
* 1 teaspoon oregano
* salt and pepper
Peel a squash, grate it and boil it in a bowl with the spices. Bring to a boil until the flavors are released. Leave to cool.
* For the filling:
* chicken ham
* baby corn
* corn grains
* 100 g cheese
The dough is spread in a tray greased with a little oil and sprinkled with flour. in a uniform layer, suitable for thickness.
Grease with a generous layer of tomato sauce, cover with diced ham, broccoli and corn.
Cover everything with grated cheese on a large grater
and bake on medium heat until golden brown on top.
