- pizza dough / plain bread dough
- 100 g bacon
- 150 g sour cream
- 50 g grated cheese
- 2 yolks
- 50 ml milk
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
Fry the bacon lightly in an oil-free Teflon pan, then drain the fat.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the grated cheese, the egg yolks and the milk. Season to taste.
In a pan greased with oil, spread the pizza dough by hand, in a thin layer. Put the bacon on top
and pour the mixture with sour cream and cheese.
Put the pan in the oven over medium heat, until it browns nicely on top. Serve and serve hot.
For the pizza dough I used the other half of the dough left over from the foccacia.
