* For countertop:

* 100 g butter
* 50 g of white flour
* 100 g wholemeal flour
* 1 or
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Beat the egg a little with a fork with a little salt and mix with thyme. Melt the butter partially and add it over the egg. Mix and then add the flour little by little, stirring constantly, until you get a homogeneous and non-sticky dough. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

* For the filling:

* 1 chicken breast
* 1 red bell pepper
* corn
* 150 g cheese
* basil and parsley
* salt

Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Put in a pan with a little oil and lightly fry. Season to taste with salt and basil. When it is almost ready, add the sliced pepper. With a spatula, turn on one side and on the other until it softens a little. Leave to cool.

* For the sauce:

* 2 tomatoes
* 2 cloves garlic
* oregano
* salt

The tomatoes are scalded, peeled and blended. Mix with crushed garlic. Season with salt and oregano.

The dough for the countertop is spread in a round tart tray, in a thin layer. Pour the tomato sauce over the entire surface, then the meat filling with peppers and corn kernels.

Pizza with crispy top with chicken and vegetables

Sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese on a large-mesh grater.

Place the pan in the oven over medium heat until browned on top.
