Ingredients:

It took:

200ml warm water
1 sachet of dry yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt
250-300g flour

Topping:

1 looking mozzarella (125g)
1 to tare
200g gorgonzola cheese
a handful of nuts

Method of preparation:
Put the water and the yeast sachet in a bowl and leave it like this. 1-2 minutes until the yeast softens, then add salt to taste and olive oil. Mix all the ingredients by hand and start to add flour, little by little until you get a homogeneous and non-sticky dough. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
After the pizza dough has risen nicely, divide it into 2 and spread each piece with a spatula on a baking sheet (to make it easier to transfer the dough spread in the pan), then start
"assemble" pizza with the mentioned ingredients.
I put it this way: I covered the top with mozzarella, then I put thin slices of pear with the peel, I covered it with gorgonzola cheese and at the end I added a good handful of crushed walnuts.
Warning: The pizza dough should not be loaded too much!
Bake the pizza for 20 minutes.
A different pizza, but incredibly good! I recommend it with confidence!
