100 g sugar
250 g mascarpone
200 g flour
1 sachet of baking powder
50 g yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon cinnamon
5-6 larger and not very soft plums
a pinch of salt
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix the eggs with a pinch of salt, then add the gradually ground sugar and mix until it doubles in volume and the composition is frothy. Add the mascarpone, vanilla and yogurt, and mix well.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon over the above composition and mix for a few seconds with the mixer, then mix gently with a spatula.
Wallpaper with baking paper, a round tray with a diameter of 23 cm, and grease the walls with butter . Pour the composition, level. Cut a plum into long slices and place on top.
Place the cake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees C for 45 minutes. The toothpick test is done. When ready, remove from the oven and allow to cool, then portion and serve.
