Plum and mascarpone cake

Ingredients:

ss:
4 eggs
100 g sugar
250 g mascarpone
200 g flour
1 sachet of baking powder
50 g yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon cinnamon
5-6 larger and not very soft plums
a pinch of salt

Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix the eggs with a pinch of salt, then add the gradually ground sugar and mix until it doubles in volume and the composition is frothy. Add the mascarpone, vanilla and yogurt, and mix well.

Sift the flour
with the baking powder and cinnamon over the above composition and mix for a few seconds with the mixer, then mix gently with a spatula.
