* For the dough:
* 150 ml of milk
* 1 teaspoon yeast
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 2 dogs flour
I put all the ingredients in the bread machine, in the kneading + leavening program.
* For the filling:
* 1/2 chicken breast
* 3 cloves garlic
* 1 small onion
* 1 or
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* salt and pepper
* paprika and nutmeg
The meat is minced together with onions, garlic, olive oil, egg, herbs and spices.
Spread the dough, not very thick and cut into a round shape, in even numbers.
Half of them we make a hole in the middle,
and on the others we put the filling.
Cover with the perforated cakes 🙂 and press the edges with a fork.
Grease with egg yolk and fill the hole with grated cheese mixed with telemea.
Or with sesame. Or with an olive. According to preference.
Bake over medium heat until golden brown.
