* For the dough:
* 10 g of dry yeast
* 30 ml oil
* 300 ml milk
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 500 g flour
A homogeneous and non-sticky dough is prepared.
Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, then the yeast soaked in a little milk with sugar. Mix slowly, pour the rest of the milk and knead a homogeneous dough. During kneading, add a little oil. Cover and leave to rise until it doubles in volume.
The dough can also be prepared at the bread machine, the kneading + leavening program.
* Furthermore:
* ~ 50 g mac
* 1 yolk
The dough is divided into approximately equal pieces, of about 50 g each and is shaped into a ball.

Each ball is flattened and greased with yolk dissolved with a little milk, then put with the greased part in poppy seeds.

With a ruler, a card or simply a well-sharpened knife, a star-shaped cut is made in the middle.

Turn it upside down, with the poppy-greased side on the table, then pull the corners out.

Each popcorn thus obtained is placed in a tray lined with baking paper, left to rise for a few minutes, then put in the oven over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
