* 500 g flour
* 1 or
* 90 g Milli butter cream
* 100 g sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 10 g of dry yeast
* 250 ml milk
Mix the yeast with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 30 ml of milk.
Sift the flour, and put the mayonnaise in the middle and leave to rise for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients
and knead with smooth and elastic dough. Leave to rise for 1 hour.
I used the bread machine for kneading and leavening.
* 500 g of cottage cheese
* 100 ml liquid cream
* 200 g sugar
* 2 eggs
* free of rum
Mix the cheese with the rest of the ingredients, until you get a fluffy but firm cream.
The dough is divided into balls approximately equal in size. Each ball of dough is flattened, then a spoonful of filling is placed in the middle.
Gather the edges over the filling forming a ball.
Flatten again, then cut the petals with a sharp knife, without reaching the center with the cut. Each petal is twisted upwards,
then transfer to a tray lined with baking paper.
Leave it to rise again, grease it with beaten egg yolk with a little milk, and sprinkle with poppy seeds (or sesame) in the middle. Bake over medium heat until golden brown.
