pork chop in spice crusted

Here we are on the weekend. A good opportunity to heat the oven for a delicious pork steak. It will be summer and hot… and the vegetables will be good too, but it seems to be better and better pork :)))

pork chop in spice crusted

pork chop (I don't know exactly how much it weighed, if it was a pound)

1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon basil oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
hot pepper flakes
half a glass of wine

1 tablespoon mosaic peppercorns
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon coriander seeds

The pork chop is cleaned of fat, washed and wiped with a paper towel.

In a bowl, mix the honey with the oil, the soy sauce, the paprika, the salt and a few hot pepper flakes. With this mixture we grease the piece of meat on all sides, cover with a piece of foil and let it cool for about 2 hours.

On a piece of aluminum foil, mix the peppercorns, coriander and mustard. Roll the piece of meat through the grain mixture, then put it in a tray or heat-resistant dish. Pour the wine into the pan and bake on medium heat for about 50-60 minutes, until the meat is well penetrated and browned.

And if you keep turning on the oven, I suggest you make a portion of au gratin potatoes , they go great as a garnish.
