This piglet roll is great! It seems perfect for a festive meal or for the holidays, although I prepared it for the weekend, for us at home, so no special occasion! Pork is very tender, and I chose to prepare it in a multicooker to melt in my mouth. I also had barbeque sauce prepared at home, so it turned out wonderful! You have to try it at least once!

Ingredients:

:

  • 1 piece of pork belly
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

  • dried oregano

Put them in the hot oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
When the rolling time is over, press Start / Stop, unplug the appliance.
Let it sit for 5 minutes, then open the steam valve with a wooden spoon.
When all the steam has come out, open the lid.
After 20 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oven, make a little space in the middle and place the roll.
Grease it with the rest of the barbeque sauce.
Put the tray back in the oven for 15 minutes, until the roll takes on a light crust.
