Recipe Marinated pork tenderloin in aromatic herb sauce
- * 1 pork tenderloin
- * 1 tablespoon basil
- * 1 tablespoon oregano
- * 1 tablespoon parsley
- * 3 cloves garlic
- * 1 teaspoon salt
- * 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- * 2 tablespoons vinegar
- * 3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation Marinated pork tenderloin in aromatic herb sauce:
In a bowl mix the spices,
then pour the oil a little, stirring constantly, until you get a paste. At the end, add the vinegar and mix well.
The muscle is cut into slices, which are beaten with a hammer until they become thin.
Grease each piece of meat with herb cream on both sides. They are placed on a plate,
cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Brown on a hot grill for 5 minutes on both sides.
Serve hot with a garnish of golden potatoes.
