I once did something like this, pepper in a pepper crust . But when I saw the recipe posted by Gabi , I was incited by the mixture of spices, so I said that I must try it too. :))

1 pork tenderloin
1 tablespoon pepper mosaic
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cloves garlic
salt
We grind the garlic with the salt and the paprika. Pour the oil and mix. With this mixture we grease the pork muscle, washed and cleaned.
We mix the spices and put them on an aluminum foil.

Roll the muscle through this mixture, covering it well. Wrap in foil and let cool for a few hours.

In a non-stick pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and lightly fry the muscle on all sides (I cut it in 2, because it didn't fit in the pan :))), without pricking it with a fork.

After it has browned slightly, transfer it to a tray lined with baking paper

and bake on medium heat until well browned, about half an hour.

Allow to cool slightly, then portion.
