I really like this pork tenderloin. It is very fragile and cooks immediately! From it I often prepare pastrami, which we use for sandwiches, but I also like it next to some pasta with white sauce or in other combinations. This time I prepared it with soy sauce and some spices, in the pan, and as a garnish I opted for a rice with parmesan! A goodness!
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 30 gr butter
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons mashed tomatoes (tomato juice)
- 3 tablespoons sweet and sour Asian sauce
- dried thyme
- 1 clove of garlic
