Pork tenderloin with pan-fried soy sauce

Pork tenderloin with pan-fried soy sauce

I really like this pork tenderloin. It is very fragile and cooks immediately! From it I often prepare pastrami, which we use for sandwiches, but I also like it next to some pasta with white sauce or in other combinations. This time I prepared it with soy sauce and some spices, in the pan, and as a garnish I opted for a rice with parmesan! A goodness!

Ingredients:

:

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 30 gr butter
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons mashed tomatoes (tomato juice)
  • 3 tablespoons sweet and sour Asian sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • dried thyme
  • 1 clove of garlic
Method of preparation:
Wash the muscle and wipe it with some napkins.
Cut it into thicker slices.
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it in half.
Heat a pan, add the butter and pieces of meat.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika and thyme. Add the garlic.
Leave the meat on the right heat, brown it on both sides.

After you turn the meat and brown it, add the soy sauce, then the tomato puree and the Asian sauce.
Stir to penetrate the sauces on all sides.
Leave on the fire for about 2 minutes.

When ready, remove the pan from the heat.
See how simple it is?
Serve with your favorite garnish! Good appetite!
