Potato dumplings recipe in spicy sauce

Ingredients:

  • * 4 medium potatoes
  • * 50 g butter
  • * 50 g telemea
  • * 1 or
  • * 2 tablespoons flour
  • * salt and pepper
  • * For the sauce:
  • * 1 cup tomato juice
  • * 1 small onion
  • * 3 cloves garlic
  • * salt and pepper
  • * oregano
  • * 100 g cheese for rolling dumplings
  • * green parsley for serving

Potato dumplings in spicy sauce I made today for my family. They really liked it, so you can definitely repeat the recipe! 😉

Preparation Potato dumplings in spicy sauce:

Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water. When they are cooked, put them under a stream of cold water and peel them. Put in a bowl and pass with soft butter. The puree obtained is mixed with the egg, grated telemeau and flour. Salt and pepper to taste.

Finely chop the onion, grind the garlic. Mix and pour the tomato juice over them. Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano and mix.

The sauce obtained is poured into a heat-resistant dish greased with a little oil. With wet hands, form the dumplings from the paste obtained. Roll in grated cheese on a small grater and place next to each other over the sauce in the pan.

Place the pan in the oven over medium heat until golden brown. Serve hot sprinkled with chopped green parsley.
