Potato meatballs with cheese recipe
- * 500 g potatoes
- * 2 eggs
- * 100 g cheese
- * salt and pepper
- * nutmeg
- * flour (a few tablespoons to bind the composition)

Preparation Potato meatballs with cheese:
Boil the potatoes in salted water and a little nutmeg. After boiling, drain the water and pass.
Add eggs and grated cheese. The taste of salt and pepper matches. We add flour, little by little, until we get a sticky composition, but which can be shaped.
Roll each meatball in breadcrumbs, then fry in hot oil on both sides.
