A potato salad with sour cream , which is very very easy to make and can be served as such or as a side dish.

Ingredients:

  • 4 new potatoes
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • dill
  • salt and pepper

Preparation Potato salad with sour cream:

Wash the potatoes very well under running cold water. Boil in salted water. Test with a fork when cooked. Pass under a stream of cold water and peel, then cut into cubes of the right size.

Grind the garlic with a little salt, then add the oil. Homogenize, then add sour cream. The sauce obtained is poured over the hot potatoes and mixed lightly, so as not to crumble. Add green dill, freshly chopped and adjust the taste of salt and pepper.

  • You can also use dehydrated dill, it's just as good.

Serve immediately. I don't even think you'll resist letting her wait too long. :)))
