potatoes au gratin gruyere

The other day I had a craving for some French potatoes . Eventually I decided to reduce the cholesterol in the recipe :))) and I made these baked potatoes. They were delicious, the children ate breathlessly.

Potatoes au gratin INGREDIENTS:

7 medium potatoes
~ 200g fresh mozzarella
salt and pepper
herbs from Provence

Peeled and cut potatoes are boiled in salted water. When the fork enters the potato easily, without it breaking, they are ready. Drain in a colander.

Grease a heat-resistant dish with oil and line it with breadcrumbs. Put the potatoes in the bowl, season to taste and cover with a generous layer of mozzarella.

Put the dish in the oven over medium heat until the mozzarella melts and lightly browns.

Serve warm with a baked pepper salad or as a garnish for a delicious steak.
