Potatoes au gratin with cheese main dishes

For today a simple and delicious recipe, as I like 😀… potatoes au gratin with 3 kinds of cheese, a dish that can be served as such or that can be turned into a delicious potato garnish. The choice is yours. You can also choose and set the quantities and ingredients to your liking, you are free to play in the kitchen! :))

Potatoes au gratin with cheese main dishes

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 medium potatoes
  • 100 g gorgonzola
  • 100 g of brie cheese
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • basil and rosemary

Preparation Potato gratin with cheese:

Peeled potatoes are washed and cut into thin slices. Then place in a heat-resistant bowl greased with butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and a few sprigs of rosemary.

Cut the cheese into cubes and place in a bowl. Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste and a few chopped basil leaves. Mix well and pour evenly over the potato layer.

Potatoes au gratin with cheese main dishes

Put the dish in the oven over medium heat until the potatoes are ready (check with a fork) and on top we have a red and delicious crust.
