* 1 kg of potatoes
* 2 onions
* 1 carrot
* 1 chicken breast
* 1 cup tomato juice
* 150 g olives

Finely chop the onion and fry in a little olive oil. Add the carrot given on the grater with small mesh and cook together until soft. It is "extinguished" with tomato juice.
