6 medium-sized potatoes
100 ml of milk
250 g sour cream
100 g cheese
50 g butter
1 tablespoon starch

salt and pepper
Peel the potatoes and cut them into appropriate thick slices. Put in a heat-resistant dish and season to taste.
Cut the butter into cubes and sprinkle over the potatoes.
Put the starch in a bowl and pour the cold milk little by little so that no lumps form. Then add sour cream and grated cheese. Salt and pepper, add a few sprigs of dill. We pour the obtained sauce over the potatoes,
cover with a lid and put in the oven over medium heat. When the potatoes have softened and the liquid has dropped, remove the lid and let it brown slightly for a few more minutes.
