|Pancakes with baked cottage cheese|
* 2 eggs
* 100 g sugar
* 100 g yogurt
* 250 ml milk
* 2 tablespoons oil
* vanilla essence
* 2 dogs flour
Eggs are mixed with sugar and a pinch of salt until they double in volume. Then add the oil, yogurt, milk, vanilla essence and flour. We will get a fluid composition, a little thicker than that of regular pancakes.
* For the filling:
* 250-300 g of cottage cheese
* 1 yolk
* 3 tablespoons sugar
* free of rum
The cottage cheese is mixed with sugar and vanilla essence. At the end we add the yolk. If the cheese is too soft, you can add 1 tablespoon of starch.
Bake the pancakes on both sides in a pan greased with very little oil. After we have finished baking them, cut the pancakes into 2. On each piece we put 1 tablespoon of cheese, the edges are brought inwards,
then it runs.

Put the rolls in a heat-resistant bowl greased with butter, sprinkle with powdered sugar
and bake for about 15 minutes, until slightly crispy.
