A very tasty pork steak , which I am convinced will be successful for the holidays. It is easy to make and does not require much effort, just the strength to resist the insane flavors. :)) While the steak is being baked, you can take care of some appetizers or anything else you have planned for the holiday menu
- 1 piece pork leg (850 g)
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- basil, thyme, oregano
- chilli iute
- salt and pepper
- 150 g sliced bacon
- 1 glass of white wine
Preparation Bacon pork leg:
The pork meat is washed and cleaned of skin and fat, if it has too much.
Grind the garlic, add salt and pepper to taste, then the oil. Mix lightly until you get a stable emulsion. With this emulsion we grease the pork leg and massage it well on all sides.
In a bowl, mix the basil with thyme, hot chilli and oregano, half a teaspoon each. Sprinkle this mixture of herbs evenly over the meat.
We wrap the pulp thus seasoned in thin slices of bacon, then we tie it well with the food string. Put in a heat-resistant dish, put a few potatoes next to an uncleaned garlic clove and cut in half, for extra flavor. Pour the wine, sprinkle with a little hot chilli and thyme, cover the bowl with aluminum foil (or lid) and put in the oven over medium heat.
After about 30-40 minutes, remove the foil and let it brown nicely on top.
Allow to cool, then slice with a very sharp knife .
Serve with potatoes from the tray and a sauce depending on preference. On the culinary page of the Diva Hair website, you will find some delicious sauce recipes .
