Ingredients:

 

  • For dough:
  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g sugar

  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground juniper
  • grated lemon peel (optional)

Method of preparation:

For the dough, mix in a bowl flour with salt, sugar and lemon peel. Add the diced egg and butter and knead a little, just enough to mix all the ingredients. Wrap the dough in foil and refrigerate until the next day.
Remove the dough from the fridge and spread a round sheet that we place in the pie tray and let the dough cool again.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the pumpkin in a pan and cover with aluminum foil, then bake for 30-35 minutes.
Using a fork, prick the dough from place to place, place a baking paper and some beans on it and bake for 20 minutes.
