I invite you to an absolutely delicious slice of summer tart, which you can prepare with the vegetables you like. You can also slice the zucchini.
For the dough:
200 g flour
150 g cottage cheese (sweet)
100 g butter 80%
For the filling:
300 g cottage cheese (sweet)
1 zucchini (500 g)
salt, white pepper
6 cherry tomatoes
4-5 strands of parsley
1 clove of garlic
For the dough, prepare a tender dough with cheese. Mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough,
which is left in the fridge for at least an hour (wrapped in cling film).
Meanwhile, prepare the filling.
The zucchini is washed, peeled and grated on a large grater.
Chop the parsley and garlic.
Beat the eggs well, then mix with the cottage cheese until smooth.
Drain the zucchini through a sieve (pressing with your hand to get the water out) and mix gently with the cheese.
Place the cheese composition over the dough, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place over the tart in the desired shape.
Put the tart in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, at 180 ° C, until it browns nicely. Leave the tart to cool for a few minutes before serving.
