* 1 chicken breast
* 1 onion
* 2 cloves garlic
* 1 cup meat soup
* 2 tablespoons mustard seeds
* 150 g yogurt
* 1 tablespoon flour
* olive oil
* salt and pepper
Season the meat to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary, then fry a little in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
When they are ready, take them out on a plate.
Finely chopped onion and garlic, fry a little in the oil in which I fried the meat. We "unwrap" the flour with the meat soup and pour it over the onion. Homogenize, then add the mustard.
Bring to a boil, add the meat. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for about 10-15 minutes. At the end, put the yogurt, mix well, boil for another minute.
Serve with natural potatoes or pasta. I made bow ties and told the kids that Santa sent us a present. :))
