Recently, friends from Rostar sent as a gift many sweet treats, sweet biscuits, salty biscuits, simple, with cream, and I pampered my loved ones with a quick cake of cream biscuits .
I’ll tell you from the start, my favorites are the salty ones, Dita Cereale . I’ll also give you a tip: grease them with a little butter or cream cheese, place an olive on top of them and have an ultra-fast snack for unannounced guests.

- 250 gr biscuits with cream
- 250 gr simple biscuits with cocoa
- 200 ml sour cream / cream cheese
- 200 gr chocolate
- 50 gr walnut kernels
- 3 lg cocoa
This quick cream biscuit cake is prepared as you say cream
Melt the chocolate in liquid cream, preferably on a steam bath. Mix well, set aside.
Separately, put the biscuits in a bag, seal the bag well, then, with the help of the rolling pin, crumble the biscuits.
The walnut kernel is lightly browned in the oven, finely chopped.
In a larger bowl, place the crushed biscuits, walnut kernels, then add the chocolate cream. Mix until the cream is well incorporated, then transfer the composition into a baking dish. Put in the cold.
Before serving, powder with cocoa!
