Feel like something good, but are you in a hurry? Or are you lazy? :)) Then this cake recipe is the saving idea. It's ready in a few minutes, it takes longer to cool down or take pictures. :))
A quick and very easy cake to make. And yet I failed every time I did. Once it came out of the cup, another time I kept it too long in the oven and it was too "dry"… The idea is not to fill the cup or the dish, the composition to reach a little above half and not to keep too much in the microwave, 2 maximum 3 minutes are enough.

- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons black cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 50 g dark chocolate
Preparation Quick chocolate cake:
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and cocoa. Add the egg, milk and oil and mix well with a whisk. We will get a glossy composition like for a cake. At the end, add the diced or grated chocolate on a large-mesh grater.
Pour the composition into cups or ceramic pots, then put in the microwave at maximum power for 2-3 minutes.
Serve directly from the cup, with a coffee, ice cream or just a little whipped cream.
How warm it is is the best, I didn't really like the cold.
