I had some ice cream in the freezer that kept "confusing" me there. We didn't really have much to eat ice cream, but we thought (okay! 😉 :))))) that it would go great with a hot cake, even hot, full of chocolate.
- 200 g chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 1 tablespoon powder
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- candied orange peel
Preparation Quick chocolate cake:
The broken chocolate and the butter melt over low heat or in a baine marie. Add the orange peel, homogenize the composition and leave to cool.
Add the sugar to the cooled chocolate composition and mix well. Then follow the eggs, one at a time, and a pinch of salt. At the end we incorporate the flour.
Distribute the composition in small ceramic pots well greased with butter and put in the oven over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes.
- The interior will be soft and creamy. If you want a thicker cake, leave it in the oven for a longer time.
Serve immediately, hot, with a generous portion of ice cream.
Good appetite! 😉
